Based in Yatala on the Gold Coast, we manufacture and install premium precast concrete fencing using our proprietary Vertical Battery Mould system - a technology that produces quality components with tongue-and-groove interlocking, profiled on both sides.
Unlike competitors who use outdated ground-casting methods, our vertical casting process ensures consistent quality and the distinctive profiled finish on both sides that sets our product apart.
Every pour uses Holcim 50MPa concrete- the same class of strength used in major infrastructure like the Gateway Bridge - with ENVIROMESH MP47 synthetic macro-fibre added at the Holcim batching plant for thorough, consistent reinforcement. The result is a product that is genuinely stronger than anything else in the market. FenceWise uses 32MPa. ModularWalls isn't even concrete - it's fibre cement composite.
We install on pier footings at 3.2-metre centres with structural steel beams. Panels form live joints that accommodate expansion and contraction without cracking - a problem that plagues traditional rendered besser block construction.

We use pier footings rather than continuous strip footings, so we disturb far less ground than a rendered besser block fence would. Crane trucks place each panel precisely, and we can usually work around established gardens, shrubs, and trees.
