Storm-tested, not stress-tested in a lab
When a Gold Coast storm drops a tree across the boundary, thin fencing gives way. Our 50MPa panels on steel-reinforced footings hold their line. These are real walls after real storms.
How Our System Works
Pier Footings
Concrete pier footings are drilled at 3.2-metre centres along your fence line - 450mm diameter. This pier system disturbs far less ground than continuous strip footings.
Structural Steel Beams
A 100mm x 50mm galvanised structural steel beam is set into each pier footing. A precast concrete column with a 105mm x 55mm internal cavity slides down over the beam, encasing the steel inside the column.
Panel Installation
Precast concrete panels slide into the grooves of the concrete columns using a tongue-and-groove system. Live joints accommodate expansion and contraction without cracking.

Prefabricated off-site, installed in hours
Every panel and column is a prefabricated concrete unit, cast in our Yatala factory under controlled conditions, cured to full 50MPa strength, then craned into place on your boundary. Because the structure is made before we arrive, there is no wet trade on site and no waiting on a bricklayer: a typical fence line is up in a single day.
Prefabrication is also why the finish is identical on both faces and why the wall holds its line for decades. Factory casting removes the weather, the guesswork and the slow set times that come with poured or block-built walls, so what you get is a precast concrete fence that is consistent panel to panel and engineered for a 100-year lifespan.
