How Our System Works
Pier Footings
Concrete pier footings are drilled at 3.2-metre centres along your fence line - 450mm diameter. This pier system disturbs far less ground than continuous strip footings.
Structural Steel Beams
A 100mm x 50mm galvanised structural steel beam is set into each pier footing. A precast concrete column with a 105mm x 55mm internal cavity slides down over the beam, encasing the steel inside the column.
Panel Installation
Precast concrete panels slide into the grooves of the concrete columns using a tongue-and-groove system. Live joints accommodate expansion and contraction without cracking.
